For Whole house bookings a 30% deposit is required on booking. (sorry No credit cards)
+ Balance payment 8 weeks in advance of holiday. (cash or cheque)
There will be a refundable 30% security/ damage deposit cheque needed in addition to the balance. We will hold this in case of damage and return it at the end of your stay.
We suggest you take out Travel Insurance to cover cancellation, accidents, accidental damage or loss of personal effects.
