For Whole house bookings a 30% (non-refundable) deposit is required on booking.
+ Balance payment 6 weeks in advance of holiday.
There will be a refundable 30% security / damage deposit needed in addition to the balance. We will hold this in case of damage and return it at the end of your stay.
Should you need to cancel your booking, you are still liable to pay the full cost of your stay. We will do our best to resell the time you booked, nevertheless we suggest you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation.
